http://give41.com/ Ingredients: MASHED CHIVES: 4 Russet Potatoes 1/4 cup Organic Chives 1/2 stick of butter 1/4 cup of sour cream 2 Tbs heavy cream BEEF MIXTURE: 2 lbs. Ground Beef 1/2 Cup Carrots 1/4 cup peas 1/2 Cup Diced Onions 1 TBS minced garlic 1 Beef Bouillon 1 Tsp Flour 1/2 Cup Beef Stock 4 slices of bacon (crispy browned) Instructions: -Boil potatoes in salted boiling water -Drain potatoes, add sour cream, heavy cream, butter S&P, chives -Saute onion, garlic, carrot, peas in a skillet ( 5 minute) -Add in drained ground beef -Add in beef stock and flour -Let sauce thicken -Transfer to ramekins -Place mashed potatoes on top -Bake for 20 minutes -Add shredded cheddar cheese -When cheese melts, remove from oven and sprinkle bacon on top!
