The always pan reacts weird sometimes to coconut oil and overheats when I try to make pancakes with coconut oil. But for the most part it is really nice and enjoyable to use. Also tofu is a bit hard to cook in it and get a nice crispy skin. The bowls and plates are bomb! No chips, just a bit of texture on the bottom where the ceramic part is. I did break one big plate when I was washing dishes, because another bowl fell hard on it and it split the plate in 3. The plates aren't oven friendly but you can put them in the microwave and dishwasher.
