Hej and welcome to the second part in my gingerbread house building series! Today we are making the actual biscuit dough and cutting the pieces for the house. This part is the most critical. The measurements have to work out otherwise the house won't actually come together. It's important not to stress though as all mistakes can be fixed. Hopefully you will find some useful tips for your own gingerbread house project, such as using the knife as a measuring tool, substituting a rolling pin with a glass bottle, etc etc. You don't have to have a fully decked out kitchen to make a beautiful, interesting, and experimental gingerbread house!
