Some tips Is your head looking down? Do you rotate your body every stroke? Are you rotate body via your hip not your chest? Is your hip float on the water surface? Are your shoulders and arms relax? Is your neck and trap relax? Do your hands enter water softly? Do your hands enter water straight to your shoulder width? Do you pushing water straight back to your hip with bent elbow? Do you have your fingers apart to create bigger surface for pull phase? Don't let your hands cross the center line. Are your legs close together? Do your back straight? Do you breath with your head low, one google in & one out of water? ( i'm trying to fix this)
