I traveled to Mexico City for the first half, then to Egypt for the second half. During my time traveling, I was able to secure a new job that I would start immediately when I got back. 17 hours of flying, then driving 3 more hours into the desert in the Middle East. The driver I was with (whom I met through WhatsApp) only spoke Arabic— I prayed we were headed to the right place, with only Google Translate in hand and no data connection. Arrived to a remote location just north of Nuweibaa, where Saudi Arabia, Israel, and Jordan were within my vision. Got to also visit the Pyramids, sand board in the Sahara Desert, hiked Mount Sinai, and camped in the White Desert. I highly recommend visiting Egypt!
