My current operating procedures and tools are not quite optimal for this video format so it took forever to get this done. There are some cosmetic inconsistencies in the sheet but all the relevant info should be there. I hope at least some of you find it useful! Please keep in mind that this is a fairly advanced score but it can be easily scaled down to match various skill levels - don't be afraid of simplifying the patterns as necessary.
