I didn't have liquid smoke either so I just didn't add it, the meatloaf turned out super flavourful but it doesn't have that meat like texture. But it was really good. ❤︎ Vegan Mushroom Gravy https://www.budgetbytes.com/2010/11/mushroom-herb-gravy/ ( I used 1/4 tsp garlic powder, 2 cups of mushroom broth, 1/4 tsp ground sage, and 1/4 tsp salt. Adding more salt to taste. This gravy is the best I have ever made, its so good!
