Hi, Everyone! Today's video I'm showing you how to make an easy and simple vegan lemon cake. I used Meyer lemons but this recipe would also work with regular lemons or even oranges. I was inspired by one of my favourite tv shows called Switched at Birth! The new final season premieres this Tuesday Jan. 31.
