Which usually consists of rice vinegar, sugar, and salt, I made my own in this video but you can also buy this mix already made in the asian aisle of your grocery store. Bring to a bowl and cook the carrots until all the water is absorbed and carrots are tender, (about 15 to 20 mins) (Guys these carrots will change your life, they bring out the sweetness in your carrots!
