@Weird sound and lights recorded ( Haunted) ?

This is weird , my old house sometimes would have strange sounds and lights at night. Once in a while my old house would make noises. The house was built in 1917 and had two suicides in it. One in 1934 and the other 1944. My grumpy room mate sometimes tell me he would hear scratching or tapping at night. He said " weirds lights" and window taps. I never caught it on video before. I once caught tapping on tape. See older video on it. Some friends that stayed over hear sounds as well. I heard loud scratches , so i reached for my phone and recorded this. Ghosts ? or raccoons ? or.. ?
