Insert the hook into first st on needle as if to knit, yo around hook and pull through a loop, removing st off needle. 2. Ch 5. 3. Slip next 4 sts from needle to crochet hook. 5 loops on the hook – 4 knit stitches and the last loop from the chain. Yo around hook and pull through all 5 sts. 4. Rep steps 2 & 3 until 1 st remains on needle. 5. End with ch 5, then insert the hook through last st on needle, yo around hook and pull hook through st and the last loop from the chain. Cut yarn and tie off by pulling through last stitch.
