This is the perfect healthy snack to cool you down by the pool this summer! Here are three delicious flavors of popsicles that will surely satisfy both the adults and kids at any summer barbecue. The best part about this recipe is that it is quick, nutritious, and each popsicle only has three ingredients! The three flavors are Blueberry Yogurt, Strawberry Banana, and Mango Kiwi! Directions: To make each popsicle, add all ingredients into a blender and pour blended mix into the popsicle molds (YES, it’s that easy)! Freeze popsicles for 5-6 hours, or overnight. A little tip I found helpful to get the popsicles out of their molds, after they freeze, is to run them under some warm water. I also added some small pieces of fruit into the molds so that each bite has a little piece of fruit. POPSICLE 1: Blueberry Greek Yogurt Popsicle Ingredients: 1/4 cup blueberries 1 tablespoon honey 1/2 cup vanilla greek yogurt POPSICLE 2: Strawberry Banana Popsicle Ingredients: 1/2 a large ripe banana (previously frozen) 3 large strawberries 1/4 cup orange juice POPSICLE 3: Mango Kiwi Popsicle 1/2 cup Mango (previously frozen) 1/4 cup water 1/2 a kiwi Be sure to message me or tag me if you make this summer snack!
