is whipping up some delicious and nutritious Banana Chocolate Chip Oat Bread in the kitchen today! This banana bread recipe is out of this world amazing. I’ve been making different variations of banana bread for years, but after stumbling upon this recipe, I could never go back to my old ways of baking plain old banana bread. This recipe is a chocolate oat banana bread that melts in your mouth and is a super easy on the go breakfast or snack for you or your kids. Recipe made easy using my @blendjet! DIRECTIONS: STEP 1: Preheat oven to 350ºF and line a baking pan with parchment paper. STEP 2: Mix wet ingredients together in a large mixing bowl: 3 super ripe mashed bananas, 1/3 cup maple syrup, 1/3 cup applesauce, 1 tsp vanilla, 1 egg, and 3/4 cup almond milk. STEP 3: In another mixing bowl, add dry ingredients: 1 1/2 cup flour, 1 cup rolled oats, 1 1/2 tsp baking powder, 3/4 tsp baking soda, 1/4 tsp salt, 1 tsp ground cinnamon. STEP 4: Add your wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and be careful not to over mix ! STEP 5: Stir in 1/2 cup +++ chocolate chips. STEP 6: Pour your mixture into the pan and bake for about 40-60 minutes (depending on what kind of flour you use). STEP 7: Let your insanely delicious banana bread cool off for 15 minutes and STUFF YOUR FACE. Comment below and let me know if you tried this recipe!
