RECIPE BELOW **** The Bowl: -- Sprouted, Organic and Non-GMO Tofu, chopped into cubes -- Chopped red cabbage -- Avocado, diced -- A few fresh berries (optional) -- Sautéed cauliflower rice -- Roasted cauliflower & sweet potato -- Mixed Greens -- Additional goodies: pecans, hemp seeds, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, slivered almonds, etc The measurements of ingredients will depend on the bowl you are serving it in. This one I made would be my lunch or dinner. The Dressing — This will make 1/2 worth of dressing! You only need 1-2 tbsp to drizzle on the salad. My Simplicity tip to you is to make this larger batch and keep it in the fridge for the week.
