I don’t write most of my own recipes but I did this one! Trying to create “base” recipes that can be built on. Took some inspiration from GBBO’s Hermine’s quiche recipe which used a vegetable bouillon cube in the custard and Dijon mustard. So the crust has been brushed with Dijon, then layered with cooked salmon, shredded Gruyère cheese, and the custard with leeks and shallots. Oh, and crème fraîche instead of heavy cream. Crust held up PERFECTLY. Coming soon to @skillshare and @udemy “Cook the Best Eggs”
