Last updates from my recent surgery! Resistance band glute workout! This workout was a killer, as always the entire workout is listed below! Keep resistance bands on for the entire workout! Mid thigh! I added an extra band mid workout for more resistance Stretch Squats (15, 12, 8, 6, 5) SS Quick Squats (10, 10, 10, 10, 10) SS Kick Back Pulses (10 each leg, 10e, 10e, 10e, 10e) Hip Thrusts (6 sets with various pulses and holds, rep until failure, for me is about 10-15 reps) Half rep Split Squats (10 each leg, 8e, 6e) SS Crab Walks (20 total steps, 20 , 20) Dumbbell Romanian Deadlifts (15, 12, 10, 8) Cable Side Kicks (15 each side, 15e, 15e) SS Squat into Side Kicks (8 each side, 8e, 8e) Squat into Side Kicks- I loved these so much I did them alone for higher reps (20 each side, 15e, 10e) Cable Kick Backs (15e, 15e, 15e) Jump Squats (20, 20, 20) Stretch
