Spaghetti with a egg on top Ingredients 500g spaghetti tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil 25 g onion 25 g yellow, red, green peppers 2 eggs 50 g bacon 25 g meat 100 g cheese  1 teaspoon Salt 2 tomato 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 250ml Water Directions Step 1 Boil a large pot of water. Once the water in the pot is boiling, add a large pinch of salt, then add your box of dry spaghetti and cook according to the package directions, usually 8-10minutes until al dente Step 2 While the dry pasta is cooking, heat 1 tbsp. olive oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium high and add pepper red, yellow and greed pepper. Step 3 Add meat, becon, tomato. Cook while stirring for about 6-8 minutes until the meat starts to brown and the fat renders, then turn heat to low. Step 4 Once the pasta is cooked, drain well in a colander then immediately transfer drained pasta to the large skillet, tossing mixed all. Step 5 Boil water, add oil, salt, vinegar and egg. Cook 1 minute. Sprinkle with additional cheese, a few cracks of fresh ground pepper, a sprinkle of salt, and fresh parsley and enjoy.
