If you want to try it Marinade 1 - 1.5lb beef 1.5 tablespoon soy sauce 2 tablespoon oyster sauce 1 tablespoon fish sauce 1.5 tablespoon sugar 2 teaspoon honey 1 teaspoon sesame oil 1 teaspoon garlic powder Cooking 1 small red onion, chopped 5 garlic cloves, minced Dash of olive oil Other Stuff Green Lettuce 1 Beefsteak tomato, sliced Prepare the marinade, chop up the beef into cubes and let it sit! Chop up all the stuff in the cooking and plating section, then have fun! Only thing I wish I did better was drain the marinade so the beef would be more dry, to sear faster!
