Here are the chords I used: 2432 (barre 2) - Em add4 2222 (barre 2) - D6 2432 (barre 2) - Em add4 2222 (barre 2) - D6 0002 - Cmaj7 2222 (barre 2) - D6 2432 (barre 2) - Em add4 2225 (barre 2) - D They repeat for the verses and the chorus. Sometimes in the chorus I substitute Cmaj7 for Am7 (0000). If you wanna do the harmonic, just hold your D (2225) chord and then pinch at fret 17 while plucking with your thumb.
