1 lb Ground Pork
½ lb Shrimp (Size 61/70)
Rice paper wrapper (smallest size)
Seasonings:
1 tsp Salt
1 Tbsp Sugar
½ Tbsp Granulated Garlic
1 tsp Sesame oil
1 ½ Tbsps Corn Starch
Sweet Spicy Soy Sauce
½ Tbsp Sugar
1 Tbsp Soy Sauce (Gluten free - San-J Tamari brand)
1 Tbsp Red Vinegar
1 Tbsp Chili Oil
