Hey my lovelies, hope ur all doing awesome! In todays vlog, I've shared more house renovation updates. You'll see that we are now done with refurbishing the living room and dining room, walls have been skimmed, painted, curtains have been purchased, fridge has also been bought, new floor and skirt boards have been fitted. Just gotta furnish downstairs, we want that minimalistic grey neutral aesthetic with subtle colours. I must say that me and my bubz have spent so much on furnitures in the past, after a couple of years we've either thrown it out or its sitting pretty on storage. We still have our old white all leather sofa which cost £1200 from DFS, the most expensive sofa we've ever purchased, now its useless in storage. Therefore, me and my bubz have learnt not to invest too much on furnitures as it gets old, dirty and will need replacing after a couple of years. We want to be more sensible this time so we've decided not to go crazy and avoid splurging too much on furnitures. We'll wait and find good furniture pieces from the Black Friday sale. I am definitely aiming to find the best priced furnitures from Black Friday. The only furniture Id want to splurge on is the bed frame but that will be purchased once the upstairs have been refurbed.
