Joe Lalumia's video: Amateur Astronomy- Binoculars for beginners

@Amateur Astronomy- Binoculars for beginners
TelescopeMan discusses the "few" tools you need to start observing the night sky. To start; you do not need to spend a lot of money. Also a discussion of several observing aids and a software program to help you find thos very dim and small objects in the night sky. RTGUI stands for "Real Time Graphic User Interface". Also Celestron makes a pair of 12x70 binoculars which are very good for viewing the night sky. This is just about as big as you want to go for hand held viewing.
