Joe Perkins's video: Muir Audio Design Morphtone EQ A Swiss Army Knife For Your Pedalboard

@Muir Audio Design Morphtone EQ...A Swiss Army Knife For Your Pedalboard!
Find out more about this pedal here: https://www.muiraudiodesign.com/morphtone When a brand new company comes out with their first ever pedal and it's this high in quality, you know they're destined for great things. Enter Colin Muir, of Muir Audio Design... This is the flagship Morphtone EQ - a pedal that can literally be whatever you want it to be. With functionality ranging from a subtle clean boost through to a howling EQ demon with two on-board effects loops, it's got you covered. The very, very basic summary of this pedal is - you have two different (but complimentary) EQ circuits, which you can blend between. But it can do so much more besides. The Blue EQ is more of a 'standard' EQ - brighter on one extreme, darker on the other. The Red EQ is a parametric boost or cut; which you can use within 3 distinctly different frequency bands; and everything from a super-wide Width through to a knife-edged Q-factor of 30 for some very surgical manipulation. But with the Morph control, you can then blend between them for infinite tweakability. But it's with the two built-in effects loops (one pre, and one post the EQ circuitry) where you can have some real fun. From 'fixing' quirks of vintage pedals through to creating a monster hybrid effectthat you can access with a single click of a footswitch, the Morphtone EQ has got you covered! What do you think? Endless functionality & uses? Or not for you? Comment below!
