An army of CHP riot troops to harass & intimidate a recent group 0f 'Reclaimers' seeking refuge from the cold & this plague in empty Caltrans houses maintained by state taxes. The CHP officers were acting as aggressors cocking their shotguns & pointing them at the crowd. I was losing focus & a clear shot because I had to back up as the cops advanced pointing their shotguns upward. Overreaction from a bunch poorly trained rookies. If any shit comes down after I stopped filming it's all on the out of poor police tactics. These fools boxed themselves in with all the vehicles jammed pack behind them. The cops were in a state of chaos. This is a shit poor example of law enforcement. ENFORCE WHAT FUCKING LAW!!!! Laws that throws people out on the street in freezing weather during a plague one day before Thanksgiving only to protect empty houses.
