Biblical equipping and unpacking of the surface level of the authority we have and its relation to spiritual side of mental illness such as depression, anxiety, eating disorder, and suicidal thoughts, all of which I once heavily suffered from. I hope this helps uplift people who are currently struggling in any area of the mind or heart. I will be unpacking more and am writing a book on this. We've been looking for a way to share how we've overcome the battles we have and how God has changed our lives forever through music, writing, books, teachings that have been coming out of us as a result of our life's experiences.
