The Paganism of Western Christianity While Evangelicals would never claim outright that Jesus Christ is of a lesser substance than His Father, the fact is the majority actually deny His Lordship and full divinity. How? By believing the Father abandoned the Son on the cross, in order to satisfy some "higher" sense of holiness or justice. This wrong way of thinking puts Jesus down the ladder of the Trinity, not quite as much God as the Father. This week, John Crowder shows how the largest of the ancient Christian heresies, Arianism, is still alive and well, having morphed it's way into the Evangelical world - denying Jesus' full divinity.
