John L. Wathen's video: Advanced Disposal NOT good neighbors

Advanced Disposal Landfill in Holt Alabama has been a problem for years. Actually well before Advanced bought it. From the time this Florida based company bought it last year, it went downhill until we began a serious effort to stop the cowboy approach they took in community. By law, they are not allowed to track dirt, dust and mud into the streets but it is done daily. Complaints to Alabama Department of Environmental Management (ADEM) have been fruitless in stopping them. We called in EPA recently. We were told that there was to be a meeting between the landfill, ADEM, and EPA. Just before that meeting a contractor was out with a heavy sweeper vacuum truck from 11:00 P.M. until 03:00 A.M right outside homes. Outrageous!
