John L. Wathen's video: A Year With Advanced Disposal Landfill

It's hard to imaging what it is like living by a construction and demolition landfill. This one is on a tiny county street with no sidewalks, gutters, proper drainage and to make it worse the pavement runs under the mailboxes so they have to stand in the street in front of huge trucks to get mail. This video is about a years worth of complaints to the state agency which fell on deaf ears. Now this facility wants to triple the waste intake daily. If allowed, it would mean 1 truck about every 30 seconds passing within a few feet of people's homes. I hope our county commissioners listen to the people and not an out of state company with no vested interest in the communities well being.
