John worked on Fraggle Rock with the Muppets in the 1980s, puppeteered C.J. on Eric's World, Hegdish on Groundling Marsh and was showrunner on the series Puppets Who Kill. John was nominated for a Canadian Screen Award for his puppet work, and received one for best Comedy writing in a series for Puppets Who Kill. He also holds a Canadian Comedy Award.
