Houston's DA encourages blocking blacks from juries. This is not unusual in the normal way juries are selected in the U.S. Justice System. Blacks are systematically removed and noticeably absent from juries in criminal and civil cases. The lack of black representation for judges and lack of blacks in the jury, it is no wonder why blacks receive harsher sentences and lopsided justice.
