Virginia Governor restored voting rights to 13,000 people with felony records, a fraction of the 206,000 felons whose rights he had hoped to restore before being blocked last month by the state Supreme Court. This is an issue that disproportionately effects people of color, whose rights are always marginalized. This is another why blacks should always vote, especially for the candidate that is in our best interests.
