John Tisbury's video: Electric SMETS2 smart meter and Tesla Powerwall 2 show massive variance in usage phantom grid pull

My SMETS2 electric smart meter and my Tesla Powerwall 2 show a variance anywhere between 5% to 993% for how much electricity we have pulled from the grid on any given day. It's like there is a phantom grid pull from the grid 24/7 which is not record by the Tesla Powerwall 2 app. This video shows you the data behind my daily recordings. I ask if anyone else has the same setup to see if their readings are more accurate than mine. I have an ongoing support ticket raised with Tesla and my installer it helping with the enquiry.
