John Tisbury's video: Heat Pump installation start to finish plus full costs

Follow the 6 day installation of our Air Source Heat Pump. A 7kW Vaillant aroTHERM+ heat pump, 200ltr Vaillant uniSTOR hot water cylinder, buffer tank (later removed as not needed) and 16 new larger K2 & K3 radiators. A big job with quite long primary pipe runs in 28mm due to constraints around location. A Heat Geek assured installation by JMR Heating & Energy Ltd. This video documents the end to end install including costs and performance and monitoring systems. Air Source Heat Pump was installed in early July 2023. Monitoring using Open Energy Monitoring setup. There are a few wrinkles in the monitoring setup which we are working through, nothing major, just initial setup and commissioning tweaks, mainly air in the system.
