Hey guys this is the "Mitsubishi 3000GT VR4 Transformation Part 2 Build Part 11/12" In this video I show how I modified the 99 front bumper in order to fit the front mount intercooler and the intercooler pipes. The bumper would hit the intercooler and the intercooler pipes so I had to cut it down for it to fit. I also show how to cover the license plate holes by using fiberglass as a foundation for bondo.
