Silence is Compliance Simple ways you can validate and support Asians Many "nice" people don't know how to support their Asian American friends, colleagues and neighbors, and are scared to make a mistake and so they do nothing meanwhile letting their Asian friends suffer alone. Understand the impact of silence and what you can do to show support, even if you barely know the person.
