7 star service. This is rare to see these days. Dr Thomas was the 5th dentist I had seen in short span of time. His level of competency is the gold standard. I wish more people would take pride in their work like him and his team. I was on mission to stop the pain with the most cost effective method at the earliest time. Dentistry can be detective work. He evaluated and x-rayed all of my teeth and dealt with 4 craterous cavities and used this neato gadget tool scanner to produce a mouth guard that fits like Cinderella's glass slipper, perfect. What you may not know about Dr Thomas outside of delivering, competent, dental work with modern technology with a high touch service, is he is extremely generous. Dr. Thomas made a big difference in eliminating my physical pain, financial pain and increasing my faith in humans. That was a tall order which he delivered. What a memorable birthday gift! During my birthday and the lowest part of my life, I had this going on: • A gushing roof leak and unknowingly an unethical, roofing company • A neighbor was proposing to break city code harming the creek ecosystem • The stress of Asian Americans being attacked daily was building up • My teeth pulsing any time liquid was in my mouth I didn't how I would manage or afford all of the things and be able to function with my mouth aching. Dr. Thomas saw my desperate plea for help on facebook and contacted me to see me and help me out with my teeth. Whenever I think about his kindness it makes me joyfully cry.
