The day will be divided into short dialogues, games, and lectures followed by breakout sessions that allow you to engage with fellow participants. Led by two highly regarded Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) educators, this workshop will assist you in identifying opportunities to foster inclusivity that directly results in attracting, engaging and retaining new clients. Our country is rapidly becoming more racially and culturally diverse. By 2045, it is projected that the United States will be made up 51% people of color. Businesses that make DEI a priority can ensure continued success and increased business. Businesses that fail to prioritize DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) will likely suffer from decreased traffic, tarnished brands and in some cases, costly lawsuits.
