How come I don't know anything about my trip? I didn't plan it and just said "yes" and paid. However, after looking into the trip a month ago, the area sounded more dangerous than what I am used to, so instead of exploring like I did my last 44 Day Journey to Cambodia and Thailand, I didn't go early to stay in Johannesburg. The last week or so, I have decided I better plan out my 9 days in Capetown before I get there. The first two weeks will be with my friend on a tour from east to west. The safety factor plays a big role in how to travel. I thought I would share my preparation for this trip. I wish be immersed in the culture, not just with tourists.
