Jon Chau's video: April Skies This Bright - Original Song

@April Skies This Bright - Original Song
**In the process of completing a studio recording of this, keep checking back at my myspace** (SORRY, i just realized i accidentally cut the video in the middle, did not mean to do that..) So i'm a little bit sniffly and my throat is hoarse due to these crazy norcal allergies, but i wanted to record this while i still have a real piano to play on. So please enjoy. ------ Silence breaks the night, hoping for some hint, somewhere you'd be holding me so tight painting on this canvas, look at the stars up in the sky, you're telling me what a breath-taking sight, but I can't see the light, no matter, no matter how bright (how bright) these april skies, at times, these april skies ...so bright Girl, we're on opposite ends of the world tonight, this bed feels so cold and so empty on your side Oh, I miss the way that you shine when I look into your eyes, and everything, just everything feels so right. well, look me in the eyes, tell me that you meant those words when we last said goodbye searching for the perfect way to savor every line kiss me, love, we're dancing and we're missing every time i held you and i promised we'd be fine oh, time, time goes out the window as she cries heartache's out on heartless prowl tonight lights out, whisper goodnight, close your eyes, dear, i'm by your side eyes to these beautiful april skies, oh, they're so... I've never seen skies this bright.
