Our bodies have not changed quickly enough to adapt to the modern lifestyles that are filled with strange and unnatural activities such as driving in a car, flying in a plane, rushing to get the kids to school and so on. So we have to let our body and primal neurobiological systems know that these activities are not actually life or death situations like our primitive body still perceives them to be.
