It is about a Hunter in a Gothic, Victorian era–esque city within a dream (or nightmare) known as Yharnam full of sick people who are slowly changing physically and turning mad. Their blood-borne disease has a dark origin, riddled with many deep and mysterious secrets to uncover, if you dare to look insanity into it's cold, dead eyes.
