As research my Apache Roots, the term “Medicine” frequents many conversations in terms of Apache culture and use of Healing all ailments (especially that of the Soul). I feel it natural within me and our ancestors to have a sort of “other worldly quality” that can’t be explained. It seems that Catholicism was a natural transition after the Apache wars since it contains some elements to our past culture. This is an opinion of course.
