Hoy hice una cremita mezclando algunos de los ingredientes que contienen grandes cantidades de betacarotenos y de ahi sus colores. La gran mayoría de las veces la comida nos ha de entrar por los ojos y esta crema visualmente tiene un color que invita a ser probada y deseada. Luego por suerte su sabor acompaña el aspecto visual. TIENE UN SABOR INCREÍBLE! INGREDIENTES: 6 zanahorias 1/2 calabaza 2 cebollas 3 dientes de ajo 2 pimientos amarillos 1800ml de agua aprox Sal y pimienta TIEMPO: 1h a fuego medio
