Ep. , "Sheng Tiao Hero", aka "The Great Massacre", starring Liang Chia Jen, Meng Fei and Ko Fei. And now we have the same featured story interpreted by the Ocean Shores 'crew'. Those who rented the old tapes distributed by this Hong Kong company know what I'm talking about. Heaven knows if they ever actually had legit rights to any of the movies they offered on VHS, but even to this day, many kung flicks only have the Ocean Shores copy available, complete with digitally embedded logos and 'copyright' notices intruding onscreen. As near as I can figure, for a time in the 80's, they seemed to have their own canned soundtracks and in-house dubbing crew for many of the films they distributed, including this one, "Shaolin Brothers", "Nine Demons", and several others already featured in this series. It was at Ocean Shores that this movie became known as "Shaolin Hero", just as other films became "Ninja Checkmate", "Warrior from Shaolin", "Ninja Supremo"... you get the idea. Better believe a company like this wouldn't use up their budget on anything approaching quality when it comes to English dubbing, so welcome to another spectacular mess.
