Love me some power endurance and nothing hits like a 20 rep back squat! Finally feeling good on the knee and legs are coming back. If you have never done a 20 rep back squat have you ever even lifted? @joshbridges_training Work up to 80% ish on the day and then start your 20 rep progression at about 55-58%. You will do this once a week adding 5-7 % each week until you fail. This week I did 290 # feeling good!
