In this weeks video we are going to learn 4 easy ways how to create a time stutter/skip glitch effects using cuts in Premiere Pro. It is a really simple effect to create and can work really well when you have the right song to cut to and a fair amount of movement in your scene. You can get creative by mixing the 4 methods together and creating something new!
