Josh Keogh's video: Finding something STRANGE in PENANG HILL Exploring KEK LOK SI TEMPLE Malaysia

We found a Ministry of Defence Satellite at the top of Penang Hill and explored Kek Lok Si Temple, the largest temple in Malaysia. Before leaving Penang we thought it would be a great idea to check out Penang Hill as we had heard that there were many hiking trails with beautiful views to be seen, not to mention the funicular railway to the top has the steepest tunnel track in the world and is the longest track in the whole of Asia. We also couldn't leave without seeing the largest and one of the most beautiful temples in Malaysia, Kek Lok Si temple. Penang Hill is the oldest colonial hill station established by the British during their time in Malaysia. Once you have taken the short 4 minute railway to get to Penang Hill, there are so many more attractions that await you. These include many different hiking trails, multiple different sky walks and canopy walks to see a different perspective from the up above, the love lock bridge to create a lasting memory with your loved one, The Habitat rainforest experience, the owl or toy museum or maybe just a nice cup of coffee and cake at the Monkey Cup Garden & Cafe. As we were on a limited budget we decided to just follow the longest trail to the highest point possible to get the best view but after a long 2 hour hike we we met with a Ministry of Defence sign and were unable to go any further. So to cheer ourselves up we decided to stop for coffee and cake at the Monkey Cup Cafe on the way back down to the entrance. To make sure we saw as much of Penang Island as we had time for, the next morning we had a brief wonder around the Kek Lok Si temple which was extremely impressive, its a shame we were in such a rush as we had a boat to catch to Langkawi!
