The Commander Land Forces (CLF), Lt Gen Peter Elwelu has urged retired army officers to be ambassadors of government in spreading the messages aimed at protecting Ugandans against COVID-19. This was at the Land Forces Head Quarters in Bombo where Militants of the (UPDF) retired from active service.
