Don’t you love it when Christmas decor is almost free? In this tutorial, I’m showing you how to make stars with toilet paper rolls and several different ways to decorate and use them. They are free and perfect as lightweight ornaments and gift toppers. I painted them to look like leather or velvet and then used Sharpies and puff paint to decorate them with more detail.
