JuliaMUsher's video: Spring Botanical Series: Snowdrop Cookie

@Spring Botanical Series: Snowdrop Cookie
Spring is beginning to emerge here, but I’m eager to hasten it along, so I’m launching a mini spring botanical series! In it, I’ll be recreating some of my favorite flowers using royal icing transfers and, at times, molded cookies. I’ve also recently become enamored with contoured royal icing transfers, so you’ll see me throughout this video trying to coerce ordinarily intractable royal icing into all sorts of curvy shapes, such as flower petals, leaves, and stems. We all need a healthy challenge every now and then, right?! I hope to continue this series through the summer, but, before I get too far ahead of myself, let’s dive into these snowdrop cookies! As one of the first harbingers of spring, they’re a natural fit for this series kickoff!
